Purple Cow

4 Ozs Grape Juice
1 Scoop Lemon Sorbet
4 Ozs Sparkling Mineral Water (or Seltzer)

Combine Everything into a glass and serve with a straw. If you prefer,
combine in a blender to make a smooth Cow
