Default Purple Salad

Purple Salad

3 medium boiled potatoes, grated
4 large boiled carrots, grated
4 hard boiled eggs, grated
4 medium boiled beets, grated
3 large spring onions, choped
salt
pepper
mayonnaise
dill for decoration

place the grated potatoes in a square transperent pattern. sprinkle
salt and pepper over the potatoes. mix weel the carrots with a bit of
salt and two tablespoons of mayonnaise and put on the potatoes. over
the carrots put a layer of spring onions. mix well the egs with a bit
of salt and pepper and two tablespoons of mayonnaise and put over the
spring onions. mix the beets well with salt and two tablespoons of
mayonnaise and put over the layer of eggs. decorate with a little dill.

place in the refrigerator half an hour before serving.
