Default Bourbon Shrimp

Bourbon Shrimp

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup bourbon
2 Tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp tomato paste
1 cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp minced fresh dill
salt
pepper
dill garnish

Saute cleaned shrimp in butter. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Add bourbon and saute on high until liquid is reduced to a few
tablespoons. Add tomato paste and cream. Simmer to reduce sauce by half.
Return shrimp and add dill.
