Spicy Thai Peanut Baked Chicken

The wonderful peanut flavor of this chicken will leave family
and friends begging for more.

Yield:
4 Servings



1/2 cup milk
2 lbs ( 900 g ) chicken pieces with bone
1 packet A Taste of Thai Spicy Thai Peanut Bake (buy in
Asian grocery atore)

Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C). In a small bowl, place milk.
Moisten each chicken piece well with milk.In a plastic bag, pour Spicy
Thai Peanut Bake.Shake each piece of chicken in the bag with the Spicy
Thai
Peanut Bake until well coated. Place in ovenproof baking dish, sprayed
with non-stick cooking
spray. Sprinkle any excess Spicy Thai Peanut Bake over top of chicken.
Bake until done, about 35-40 minutes. Serve with steamed or fried rice
