My wife's grandfather used to pickle green peppers. it's been years
since he's passed away and no one ever got his recipe. They were made in a
crock and not processed in hot water, just put in jars and placed in the
refrigerator or on a shelf.
I've tried a few different types of pickling brine but they always
come
out salty or just don't taste right. Would anyone have any idea how to
make
these or have a brine recipe I could try?

Can anybody aspiring bartender furnish me a recipe for any of these
Irish cream type drinks.

I am not very fond of liquor, but drinks of this nature have cost me a
lot, since last November.

I am fed up paying the high price asked and they barely fill four small
glasses when poured.
