Default Rhubarb Bread

Rhubarb Bread

1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2/3 cup salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sour milk
2 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup diced rhubarb
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Beat sugar, egg and oil. Add vanilla and salt. Stir baking soda in sour
milk and then add to first mixture. Add flour. Stir in rhubarb and nuts.
Pour in 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 60 minutes, temperature 325
degrees.
