Default Potato Ham Pie

Potato Ham Pie

3 tablespoons salad oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cups frozen hash browns
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons canned green chili peppers
1 (61/2 ounce) can chunked ham
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 . Heat oil in skillet. Add onions. Saute till soft
(3-5 minutes.) Add hash browns, salt, and cook over medium heat till
potatoes begin to brown. Turn occasionally. Place potatoes in 10 inch pie
plate along bottom and sides (like crust). Bake 20 minutes. In medium
sized bowl, combine milk, eggs, and chili peppers. Place ham and cheese on
potatoes. Top with egg mix. Bake 375 30 minutes or till done.
