Chipped Beef Dip Boat

2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
6 oz. dried beef, chopped fine
1 1/3 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. dill weed
2 lg. loaves rye bread, unsliced

Mix together all ingredients except bread and refrigerate. Hollow out 1
loaf of bread to use as a boat (dish) to serve dip in. The other loaf, cut
up into 1 inch cubes. When ready to serve, place hollow loaf on large
platter, place dip inside and arrange bread cubes around it.
