Default Potato Latkes

Potato Latkes using frozen potatoes

1 bag of frozen hash brown potatoes
3-4 eggs beaten
1 small onion finely shredded (optional)
1/4 -1/2 cup All purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
oil to fry

Here is the trick with these , soak the hash browns in water and drain them,
then place them in a towel and squeeze out the remaining liquid.
then just mix them together as you normally would , and fry them of as usual

Bright Days and good eating !
Todd
