Default Ann's Yorkshire Pudding

Ann's Yorkshire Pudding

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------- --------------------------------
2 large Eggs
4 ounce Flour
1 cup Milk
2 tsp Oil --per cup

Flour in bowl, add eggs, beaten. Add milk. add pinchh salt.
Beat with a mxer for a minute. Refrigerate 4 hours
Heat vegetable oil in deep large muffin cups till smoking at 400*
Pour batter into cups half way.
Turn oven down to 350 and continue baking for about 50 minutes
