Thanks

This is beautiful:

Frosted Cauliflower

1 whole cauliflower
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
paprika
minced parsley

Break off outer leaves of cauliflower and trim stem close to base of
head. Wash in cool water and shake off excess.
Place cauliflower in covered casserole or wrap in plastic wrap.
Microwave on high power for 8 to 12 minutes, depending on size of head.
Let stand for 3 minutes.
Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, and cheese and spread over
cauliflower. Return to microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, or until cheese is
melted. Sprinkle with paprika, then a little minced parsley, for color.
