Parmesan Orzo Primavera is a great dish. There is a restaurant here in
town which makes it. I would love to make it at holme.

Subject: Request for La Bou's Chinese Chicken Salad Dressing

I'm looking for a recipe that duplicates the Chinese Chicken Salad
Dressing
at La Bou Bakery and Cafe in Sacramento, CA. This dressing is a sweet but
tangy, not too oily, soy sauce-ginger vinaigrette. Some bottled versions
are
tan colored but this dressing retains the dark color of the soy sauce.
Thank
you Flea Bitten

Subject: REQUEST: Inside out Baked Alaska

Does anyone have a recipe for, or has anyone tried to make, an "inside
out" Baked Alaska, that is one which is hot on the inside and cold on the
outside. This should be possible using a microwave.

It occurs to me that this might be a fun thing to do over Christmas.

Thanks

David

My daughter came home from college and requested these coffee recipes,
and I have no idea what she's talking about. Does anyone have a
recipe?

Thanks so much.

Speaking of Sparkling Butter Toffee Cookies{yum}, does anyone have any
really
great toffee candy recipes to share, please? Every day is a toffee day,
but
holidays require an extra daily ingestion of seriously exquisite toffee.
No 'Super' markets or specialty food stores!
Thank you for your help.
