I have grown some Tepin chillies and made a sauce from them which is
VERY hot.
But, when I add this sause to a pan of meat (to make con Carne)
virtually all of the spicey heat is lost. How do I make a very hot
dish with my very hot chillies?

I am in 4th grade. This year we are celebrating 'Christmas around the
World" in December. We each have a country and have to dress and fix a
dish
that would be served in that country for Christmas. My country is Spain.
I
don't know much about Spain or its culture at Christmas. I hope you can
help me1

I am trying to find a recipe for roasted cauliflower. It is baked in a
roasting pan with some oil and seasonings. It comes out tasting entirely
different from boiled cauliflower. Absolutely delicious.
TIA

I heard there is a type of pancake which uses ricotta cheese and it is
supposed to be delicious. I have never heard of this before. Any
