I had a series of Recipe Books published by Golden Apple Publications. I
lost the Poultry cookbook that had a fabulous recipe for Cornish Hens with
Plum sauce. The pan was lined with Orange slices, the sauce included
(obviously) plums , frozen lemonade, chili sauce .. and that's about all I
can remember. Can you help?

I understand chicken is really good when it is soaked in buttermilk. I
have a recipe for fried chicken but I want to reduce the amount of fried
food I eat. Do you have a recipe for cooking chicken with good flavor but
not fried?
