Subject: I need dessert recipes made with oil

My husband has to stay away from saturated fats (butter, margerine). He
is thin so calories are far
less of an issue than saturated fat.

I'm looking for some really good recipes that use oil instead of
butter or margerine. I found some brownie recipes that use oil but
they also call for cocoa. I was told by the nutritionist that dark
chocolate is good for the heart when eaten in moderation. I'd prefer
brownies with baker's chocolate and oil.

I'd also like cookie recipes that use oil. He doesn't like peanut
butter but loves nuts.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I am looking for low carb baking recipes for my teenage son. He cannot
eat sugar and is really bummed about the upcoming holiday. Baking was a
core part of our Christmas
tradition. Specifically I am looking for cookies/candies/treats that
