Bordeaux Cherry Coupe Recipe By :Fernande Garvin Serving Size :4 Cuisine : Main Ingred. : Categories ![]() Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------- -------------------------------- 16 ounces canned bing cherries --drained 2 tablespoon granulated sugar 1 pinch ground cinnamon 1 cup red Bordeaux wine In saucepan, combine cherries, sugar, cinnamon, and Bordeaux wine. Bring to boil. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Chill. Serve in sherbet glasses.
