Subject: Sweet Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing
I've been looking all over for this salad dressing, but can't find any. I
comes in one of those prepared salads in a bag. Can anyone help me to make
up my own?

Sweet Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing

1 cup Olive Oil
A1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon honey
A1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Optional - salt to taste

Whisk all ingredients until well blended. Store in covered jar in
refrigerator. Shake well before using.
