Default Penuche Fudge

Penuche Fudge

2 cup white sugar
2 cup light brown sugar
1 large can evaporated milk

Cook on medium heat stirring constantly. When it begins to boil reduce
heat to low, continuing to stir constantly. When medium firm ball stage is
reached (when you drop a bit into cold water) then take off heat and add:

2 Tbsp butter
1/3 large jar marshmallow fluff (also called marshmallow cream)
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Beat until slightly thick and pour into buttered pan. Let harden. It
should reach the medium firm ball stage (when you drop a bit into cold
water). If you don't wait until then it won't harden. It's better to give
it a little extra time! Also, it is best to try this in dry weather. Try
not to make it on a cloudy or very humid day, it will not harden.
