Penuche Frosting
½ cup (1 stick) butter 1 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup milk 3 cups sifted powdered sugar In medium saucepan melt butter and stir in sugar. Cook and stir until bubbly. Remove from heat. Add milk and beat vigorously until smooth. By hand beat in enough of the powdered sugar to make of spreading consistency.
