Savory Shredded Beef

1 - 4-6 Lb top round roast, trimmed of fat
2 cans Campbell's condensed beef broth
1 can (12 oz) beer, light or dark
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 Tbsp. minced garlic

Place all ingredients into crock pot and turn on low for 8 - 10 hours.
Remove roast from crock pot and shred, discarding any fat or strings. Return
beef to crock pot. Serve on bakery buns with horseradish available.
