Default Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

1.25 lbs. ground low fat turkey
1 egg
1/3 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp water
1/2 packet lipton dried onion soup mix
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup (or more if you'd like) shredded cheese (any kind will do)

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl, ommitting
cheese. Place on foil lined baking pan. Flatten out and sprinkle cheese in
the middle. Form into a loaf, completely covering cheese. Cook at 350 for
1 hour or until brown on top. Goes great with mashed potatoes or egg
noodles.
