Default Chinese-Style Halibut

Chinese-Style Halibut

2 lb halibut fillets (or any white fish)
2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
2 stalks of green onions chopped
garnish with cilantro leaves
2 cups shredded Chinese cabbage
1 cup cooked long grain rice

Mix everything, but the cabbage, in a pan.
Put the fish in, coating it with mixture.
Broil until fish is opaque, you may need to turn depending on how thick your
fish is.Add the cabbage after the fish is done and allow to get a little soft.
Eat over hot rice.
