Shrimp Cocktail Sauce
I use ketchup rather than chili sauce. As for proportions it is a toss up. For 1/2 cup of Ketchup I would add a heaping teaspoon of Horseradish and then taste. I also like a dash or two of hot sauce. It gives heat without the sinus clearing roar of horseradish. Also you can always add more ketchup to cool it off. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
