From: bob culver
looking for mcdonalds sausage gravy recipe. I have the list of the
ingredients but thats not much help

Sausage Gravy

1 12oz. tube pork sausage
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 cups milk
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Heat a large CAST IRON skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage, break it
up with a wooden spoon or fork and cook until done, about 7-8 minutes.
Remove from pan with slotted spoon. Leave fat in pan.
Add flour to fat in pan and whisk for about 1 minute. Add milk slowly
while continuing to whisk.
Bring gravy to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in
sausage and season with pepper. Serve over biscuits.
