2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 small sliced yellow onion
2 cloves sliced garlic (or to taste)
1 pound shrimp - peeled and deveined
chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
steamed rice for serving

until pink, about 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve with
steamed rice.

NOTES : Comments: For a delicious variation, you can use 1 pound chicken,
cut into 1-inch pieces, instead of shrimp. Saute the onion and garlic as
directed, then add the chicken and cook, stirring, about 1 minute. Add the
clay pot cooking sauce and simmer until the chicken is cooked through, 5
to 8 minutes.
