Serving Size : 2 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 small sliced yellow onion 2 cloves sliced garlic (or to taste) 1 pound shrimp - peeled and deveined chopped fresh cilantro for garnish steamed rice for serving Saute onion and garlic in oil, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and translucent, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring, just until pink, about 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve with steamed rice.
