I am looking for a recipe from my childhood. During the 1950s in Macon
Georgia, my mother made a frozen pie she called Frozen Charlotte. That
name is a misnomer because it was it was a frozen icebox pie. It was made
in a graham cracker crust and it had a pale creamy yellow color. I
suspect it had whipped cream in it besides lemon. I would really
appreciate a recipe for this sort of pie. Thank you.
