Baked Salmon

This is simple and nearly no-fail . The salmon will be quite moist.
Jack

salmon fillet whole or cut into serving sized pieces
sea salt
black pepper fresh ground
heavy duty aluminum foil

Rinse and pat dry salmon. Place salmon skin side down on a piece of foil
large enough to wrap fillet or individual pieces. Sprinkle with salt and
pepper. Tightly wrap and seal foil. Bake in a 350F pre heated oven for 30
minutes. If fillet is more than 1 1/2 inch thick, more time may be
required. It is nearly impossible to over cook the salmon using this
method. Be sure to cool the salmon some before opening the foil as
scalding steam will be present.
