My mom used to make something called Seesz Kraut (and I am not sure about
the spelling here). It had cabbage and potatoes in it. May have been
flavored with garlic and had a thick sauce. I can't find a recipe for
this and was wondering if anyone may have a recipe for something similar.

Anyone have a recipe for soup that uses an enchilada sauce base (minus
the tomato sauce) and roasted corn, then finishes with a basil oil
infusion? My favorite restaurant made a soup like this last summer, and
it was wonderful, but I haven't found a recipe a similar soup of that
name.

Hi,

I'm looking for a recipe for a Rack of Lamb with Honey, Port Wine and
Pink Peppercorn sauce. I had this recently in a restaurant, but can't
find the recipe anywhere on the net.
I'm a relative newbie to cooking, so outside of the obvious
ingredients I don't really know where to start with the sauce.

Any advice is appreciated.

Does anyone have a recipe or clone for the creole mustard sauce TGI =
Friday's uses with their cajun chicken fingers? I've experimented a bit =
with Zatarain's creole mustard but I can't quite get the consistency and =
taste to match up. Any ideas?
