Dear all,

I was curious if anyone heard of this recipe. After moving last year
my mom's recipes are lost at least temporarily, and she made this
after both my brothers had left.

It consisted of Spinach noodles in a casserole, topped with a thick
layer of Gruyere, Parmesan cheese, and perhaps heavy cream & baked
like lasagna. It included a red wine meat sauce that one ladled upon
his or her serving of the casserole dish.

My guess is the recipe appeared in a newspaper in the 70's. I'd like
to make it for my kids again and was hoping someone might be familiar
with it or something similar . . .

TIA & regards,

Do you have a recipe for Brandied Butter Sauce? We have a restaurant
chain in Texas that serves a desert which is a chocolate brownie with
vanilla ice cream. The brownie is heated in a fajita pan and the
ice cream is added on top. It is brought to the table and then the
brandied butter sauce is poured over the ice cream and brownie. It
is delicious. I have been trying for several years to find the recipe.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Subject: Soft Pan-fried Noodles

I would really like a recipe for soft pan-fried noodles that they serve
in Chinese restaurants. I have tried different ways, none that taste
the same as the restaurant serve. Can anyone please come to the
rescue?? Thanks to all...Carol
