Beer Pot Roast
To Die For Beef Roast

Beer Pot Roast

1 beef roast (rump, lean chuck, or other pot roast)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of onion
1 can or jar (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms
3/4 cup beer

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10
hours,
until beef is tender. Serves 4 to 6, depending on size of roast.

To Die For Beef Roast

1 beef roast (any kind)
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
1 envelope Italian dressing mix
1 envelope brown gravy mix
1/2 cup warm water

Place roast in crockpot. Mix contents of all three envelopes and sprinkle
over roast. Pour water into the bottom of the crockpot. Cover and cook on
LOW 6-7 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours. Used a sirloin tip roast with very little
fat. Came out tender.
