Default Mexican Cold Chocolate and Banana Smoothie

Mexican Cold Chocolate and Banana Smoothie

I made this the other night and was very pleased. It
has the flavors of Mexican hot chocolate in a
refreshing, healthy cold drink -- it would be awesome
in the summertime. Amounts are approximate.

2 small, very ripe bananas
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1.5 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup (such as Hershey's) or
more to taste
8 ice cubes

Place first 6 ingredients in blender and blend. Taste
and add more chocolate or cinnamon, if desired. Add
ice cubes and blend on high until they have
disappeared into the banana mixture. Pour into
glasses and serve immediately, with straws if
available. Serves 2 generously.

Enjoy!
