Default Tennessee Holiday Dressing

Tennessee Holiday Dressing

1 pound of martha white buttermilk cornmeal.
2 cups of chicken broth or turkey drippings
1 tsp sage
1 cup of celery
1 large onion

Follow directions on the package of cornmeal for making cornbread. When
cornbread has baked in 350 oven about 45 minutes, take out of oven, let
cool and crush up. Add either turkey drippings, or 2 cups of chicken
broth to crushed up cornbread. Add 1 tsp sage, 1 cup of celery,1 large
onion, mix all ingredents together, place in 350 degree oven for 45
minutes, enjoy
