Default Egg Drop Soup

Easy Egg Drop Soup

6 cups of clear home made chicken broth
3 Tbsp of soy sauce
two slices of ginger
1/2 tsp white pepper
3-4 green onions (scallions) for garnish
3 Tbsp cornstarch for thickening
water
3 eggs beaten

heat chicken stock (broth) to boil add ginger, soy sauce, and white
pepper. Turn down to simmer , simmer 5-10 mins. Add
cornstarch mixed with a little water to thicken to the desired thickness.
Turn up heat to a medium boil and stir in eggs. Serve and garnish with
scallions orgreen onions.
