English Apple Pie
1 egg 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup flour sifted with 1 tsp baking powder 1 cup chopped apples (any variety 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 tsp vanilla Mix in a bowl and spread in a greased 8" pie pan.
