Default Sandwich Maker Omlet

Sandwich Maker Omlet

I have a sandwich maker with 4 triangles (2 each side). My son and I make
omelets in it all the time.

2 eggs beaten (each triangle holds half an egg)
Optional: chopped onions, chopped ham, cheese, whatever else ya want.

I spray the sandwich maker with non-stick spray, pour in half an egg into each
triangle and add whatever ingrdients I feel like. 3 minutes later I have a
great omelet ready for the road!
