A while ago I was visiting Louisiana and had Oysters Trufant. I
understand this
came from a restaurant called Commander Palace, It was fresh oysters in a
cream

We are trying to avoid all the highly processed oils these days, & so I
was hoping to make a cracker along the lines of "Triscuits". Any
recipes, folks?
I was thinking about using shredded wheat cereal, olive oil, salt, ????
