A now-defunct Vietnamese restaurant in Vancouver, B.C. used to serve a
delicious
ground beef/creamy tomato sauce mixture over steamed
rice- I've never seen it before or since in other Viet restaurants and
I've been
unable to find anything remotely resembling it in online searches. Can
anybody
help? Restaurant's name was the My Tan Cordon Bleu, first at Broadway and
MacDonald, later near Broadway and Granville.

Thanks,
Paul Devoe

My mom used to make it every Christmas...stollen Sp?
was a big part of our holiday. Also, how about German
rouladen? Do you have a fancy recipe for fudge? My mom had one that had
3
kinds of chocolate (if I remember
right), and the recipes disappeared when she passed away
a few years ago (1999). Do you have any ideas? I would
like to carry on my mom's legacy...
Thanks in advance....Barb....
