Seafood Bisque
Seafood Bisque
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted 2 2/3 c milk 1/2 c finely chopped celery 1 garlic clove, minced 1 t Worc. sauce 1/4 t tobasco 1 1/2 pounds uncooked peeled shrimp 1 6 oz can crabmeat, drained 1 4.5 oz jar mushrooms, drained 3 T Madeira wine or chicken broth 1/2 t salt 1/2 t pepper Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil and then add remaining ingredients .
