Default Cheese Zombies

Cheese Zombies

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 cup warm water
3 2/3 cup flour (more or less)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil

Add yeast to water. Let stand 10 minutes. Save out 1
cup flour. Add remaining ingredients. Mix with dough hook, if
possible, for 15 minutes or knead until well mixed. After 2
minutes, add more flour if dough is still sticky. Let rise
until double. Turn out on board and cut in half.
To make the Cheese Zombies: Line large, greased cookie
sheet (with sides) with 1/2 recipe of French bread dough
(recipe above). Cover with a layer of cheese, either thick
slices or generous amount of grated. Roll out remaining 1/2
French bread dough to the size of cookie sheet. Place this
dough over cheese layer. Cut in 12 servings. Let rise 20
minutes or until light. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
