Finding a thousand different recipes for something is not as useful as getting one or recipes that have been tried before. I know I get confused when I find hundreds of recipes to make the same thing, and they are all different. IIRC, loquats are pretty high in pectin and acid, so making jam from them (especially if you add pectin) shouldn't be too hard. Best regards, Bob |
