Default we thought we were done

then people had the idea that we needed bushels
more of apples.

14 quarts of apple sauce today. we are out of
jars again. many pans of apple crisp (a mix of
oats, butter, sugar, cinamon and apples baked until
done) may be a few more this week and perhaps more
apple sauce for a soup kitchen.

the worm farm is very happy. if i'd known
we had all these apples coming i would have held
off stuffing so many bean pods in some bins.
