1.5 L Canning Jar Question
 

My pressure canner book only gives times for half pints, pints, and
quarts. I have some 1.5 L (~1.6 qt) jars I would like to can vegetables
in. Would the pressure timing be the same as quarts?

The timing would probably be longer. It depends on the shape of the
jars. I'd probably use the times for quarts and add about 10 minutes.

There might be a fee but the National Food Processors Assn.(formerly National
Canners Assn.) might have that information.
