Default Need to start

I have persimmons and oranges in the freezer that I need to start
making into jams and marmalades.

I have some red naval oranges, actually dark pink, and some blood
oranges and temples. I did a mix of bloods and temples a few years
ago and it was good. Need to do than one again.

Note to self, get the paperwork done so I can start preserving.
Turning off the computer would probably speed up the work.
