Default 1st time peach chutney

Today I made peach chutney...using my cranberry chutney as a pattern...
turned out more juicy so took longer to thicken...abt an hour to cook...
Recipe:
2 c splenda/or sugar...I used splenda
1 c vinegar
Bring to boil...Add:
4 c chopped peaches
1 c raisins
1 c chopped dried apricots
2 lg sweet onions...sliced long strips
Cook medium heat til thickened...STIR! (took abt 1 hour)
Add last...1/2 c chopped candied ginger & 1 tsp freezedried garlic...
Continue stirring!!!
Put in small canning jars & keep in refrigerator! 5 jars+
Use in 1 month...
(Give as gifts?)
Hmmm...haven't tasted it yet...:-)

Aloha...tutu
