You might check with them, if you haven't already.

You might also try abebooks.com. You can get a copy of the BB for 2.41USD
from a bookseller in the UK who says they ship worldwide.

You pay through Abebooks with a credit card. I've bought many books from
them, and have been very pleased with the service.
