Default Chile Pecan Dressing

1/2 cup canola or other light oil
2 tablespoons E.V Olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons chopped green chiles to taste
1/2 cup chopped pecans
the juice of 1 orange
Combine all the ingredients except the pecans in a food processor or
blender, process until well incorporated then add the pecans. Can be
refrigrated but bring to room temp before serving
