I love haggis especially the vegetarian ones. You can buy haggis whistles in scotland to call the haggis down from the hills.
Rummour has it that their legs are shorter on one side so they can run around the hills easier especially during the haggis hunting season.

If you want to celebrate Burns night I have found some excellent recipes on

Unfortunately no haggis recipes though!
