I have downloaded a couple of "bartending programs" for a trial. Most
seem to be very well equipped with searches and drinks, but it never
fails that about 80% of the drinks I find my bar is missing some juice,
liquor, or garnish to make the drink complete.

Is there any software available where I can check a list of items
stocked in my bar and get a list of drinks that can be made with the
available ingredients?

Give BarBack a try. It has a feature called the Liquor Cabinet that
does exaclty what you're looking for. Check off the ingredients (or
categories of ingredients) that you have and it will quickly scann
through the drinks to see what you can make.

The demo version is a free download from www.barback.com and has about
3400 drinks. The full version has over 24,000 with access to over
5000 more through online updates.
