Default Buffing pad for kitchen counter top

I am use to using power tools at work. In almost all cases instead of
reaching for a screwdriver I use my battery powered drill.

I have been searching unsuccessfully for a say a 6" pad that will fit
in my drill. I would think that the little house cleaning I do would
be easier with such an attachment.
